Program

One Step. One Goal. One Child.

About

My journey has always been about service, leadership, and helping young men rise into their purpose.

I grew up in Miami, Florida, in a single-parent household—an environment that taught me resilience, responsibility, and the importance of positive male influence. Those early experiences shaped my heart for mentorship and gave me a deep understanding of what young men face every day.

From a young age, I committed myself to growth and excellence. I became an Eagle Scout, achieved one of the highest honors in youth leadership and service. In high school, I played basketball, learning discipline, teamwork, and the value of pushing beyond limits. I later went on to become a college graduate, strengthening the foundation that helps me lead, teach, and serve with wisdom.

I began working in Parks and Recreation from the 10th grade through age 24, gaining hands-on experience with youth programs, community engagement, and leadership development. Those years built my passion for creating safe, structured environments where young men can thrive.

Today, I am a father, a Christian man who loves and follows God, and someone committed to building strong families and strong futures. I believe in integrity, character, and discipline—and I live the very values I teach. I have no criminal record, and I stand on a life of consistency, responsibility, and purpose.

My calling has led me to mentor in diverse settings—from working with students in Norfolk’s Madison Academy alternative school, to mentoring young men experiencing homelessness. Whether in classrooms, recreation centers, or the streets, my mission remains the same:
To help young men become who God created them to be.

I am passionate about developing leaders, restoring confidence, building discipline, and breaking generational cycles. Through New Steps Foundation and the Kingsmen movement, I am dedicated to walking with young men step-by-step as they build their identity, discover their purpose, and rise into greatness.

This is more than my work—it is my assignment, my ministry, and my legacy.

Kingsmen

The Kingsmen program its purpose is to give men a space to grow in three key areas:

  1. Fellowship – Building brotherhood, accountability, and support among men. It’s about creating a safe circle where fathers and men can connect, share struggles, and grow together.

  2. Fitness – Encouraging men to take care of their bodies through exercise, health challenges, and discipline. The physical training serves as both a bonding activity and a way to build endurance and strength.

  3. Foundation – Equipping men with life skills, fatherhood principles, leadership habits, and personal development tools so they can lead at home, in the community, and in their purpose.

At its core, Kingsmen is about strengthening men so they can strengthen families and communities.

“One step forward can change the direction of a life, a family, and a community. Every step counts—make yours with purpose.”
